Happy 1st Birthday To ME!!

Today is my birthday!! I'm ONE whole year old!! It's been a pretty fun day so far. Mommy and Daddy woke me up and I got to eat my breakfast in bed! Mommy said that's a tradition in her family dating back to my great-great gramma, maybe even great-great-great gramma! I really enjoyed eating my cinnamon muffin in bed! And Mommy and Daddy gave me my very own baby doll! I love my baby doll so much already. She's fun to play with. I got to eat some more breakfast in my chair and then we all went to the zoo. It was a lot of fun! I'm off to take a nap now, but I'm sure there's more fun later in my day!

I'm Almost One!

I'm almost one whole year old! My birthday is in just two days!! I'm really excited for my birthday. Mommy and Daddy are having a big party for me. The party was supposed to be today, but we had to move it to next week. I've been sick with an ear infection and they were afraid I might not feel good. I'm doing better, but I'm glad we're waiting for the party. It wouldn't be much fun to not feel good at my own party!

Each month Mommy has been taking pictures of me in a size 12-month onesie to see how I filled it out over the year. I had some pretty funny faces in my early pictures!

I've Been Sick :(

I haven't been able to write anything here for a while because I've been sick. :( I had a cold a few weeks ago and then it turned into an ear infection. That wasn't fun at all! I had a lot of trouble sleeping at night, but Mommy was so nice and let me sleep with her when I didn't feel good. She also held me a lot during the day when I couldn't sleep during my nap. I had to go to the doctor a couple of times and they gave me medicine that doesn't really taste very good. Mommy and Daddy make me take it, though.

I'm feeling much better this week, which is so nice! It's fun to be back to normal and have fun crawling around and playing! Here are some new pictures of me, too!

11 Months Old

I'm 11 months old now! Mommy says I have just one more month left and then I will be one whole year old!! I'm having a great time, just loving life and having fun. Here's what's up with me now!

• I weigh 23 pounds!
• I have learned how to go up and down the stairs all by myself. I don't get to do this by myself, but if I need to I can!
• I've been eating more "real" food as Mommy says. I LOVE macaroni and cheese, ham and turkey, cottage cheese, yogurt, and some yummy snacks that Mommy gives me. I really like eating, but am kind of messy sometimes.
• I know who my Daddy is! I can point him out and call him Dada!
• I love playing with the purple ball I have and can even say the word ball, too!
• I love animals, especially my Gumma's cat, Buttons! I get SO excited when I see Buttons!
• I love to point at things!
• I get so excited at lots of things and don't know how to contain my excitement so I just scream in delight when I'm excited! Like when Mommy picks me up from the daycare at work, whenever I see her I just have to scream because I'm so excited!
