Painting And Ice Cream With Gumma And Poppy!

Molly and I spent the night with Gumma and Poppy a few weeks ago and Gumma had a fun surprise for us...it was new paint and a painting easel! She said Mommy and Aunt Stephanie used the painting easel when they were little girls and she thought Molly and I might like to use it. She sure was right! I loved painting pictures on it! It was a lot of fun!

And then we got to have a picnic dinner with them! They got us happy  meals from McDonald's and then we ate it at outside at a park. That was fun! And they even got us ice cream! I love, love, love ice cream!!

School Supplies Shopping!

Mommy took me shopping for school supplies last week and along with everything I need for school, I got to get a new backpack! I love my backpack. It's dark blue and has really pretty rainbows on it. It also came with a matching lunch box and water bottle. I love it and can't wait to use it when I start kindergarten on August 15! I had to get a bunch of supplies, too, like crayons, pencils, erasers, markers, glue, scissors, paper towels, notebooks, folders, baggies, and a bunch of other stuff. I'm really excited to take everything to school and meet my teacher and new friend!

Painting Fireworks!

Mommy had a fun craft for me to do before the 4th of July. It was painting fireworks! We cut up a used toilet paper roll and dipped it in paint to make fireworks. It was pretty neat and fun! You can watch me paint here!

My Ocean Art

I've been learning a lot about the ocean and all the fish in it. Daddy and I like to watch a show on Amazon Prime that's all about the ocean and I've really learned a lot from the show. We also checked out some books from the library about sharks and fish. So I decided to make some ocean art using pipe cleaners and I displayed them on our blue ocean living room wall. It was a lot of fun to make and you can watch me explain it all here.

I'm A Cow!

Yesterday we got to dress up like a cow and eat our dinner at Chick-Fil-A! It was so much fun and Mommy said that we got out dinner for free because we dressed up, so I guess that makes it even funner! Mommy put together a really neat outfit for me! I had a cow mask that I loved to wear. I had a sign that said "eat more chicken" just like the cow at CFA. And I had a fun cow bandana I wore as a skirt. It was so much fun! I even drew pictures of a cow and Mommy said I did a really good job! It was so much fun and I hope we can do it again next year!

The Art Museum

We went to the art museum a few weeks ago to look at art and play in their play area. It was a lot of fun. There were benches around the museum and Mommy said they were for people to sit on and look at the art in front of them. Molly and I had fun laying on a bench looking at something hanging from the wall. The art museum has a really neat play area for kids where we got to build with magna blocks, do puzzles, build a big house out of blocks, and even sit in a reading nook area. It was a lot of fun going to the art museum and I hope we get to go back really soon!

Fun With Gumma!

One day a few weeks ago Gumma spent the morning with us while her car was getting worked on and we had a really fun time together! She took us to Krispy Kreme and bought us donuts to start out with! Then we went to JC Penney's and looked at all of their princess stuff. That's always lots of fun! Then we took her to Petsmart to look at all of the animals there. It was so much fun spending time with Gumma!
