Class Christmas Party

We had a really fun class Christmas party before school got out. Mommy was in charge of planning it and she did a great job! We had a fun activity where we put green icing on a sugar ice cream cone and then decorated it up like a Christmas tree. Then we got to make an ornament with our picture on it and play a game where we decorated people up as a Christmas tree. And the last thing we did was play Christmas bingo. It was such a fun party!

The Nutcracker

I went to see the Nutcracker ballet before Christmas and it was really neat! Mommy had been talking about going and she surprised us with tickets to go see it! I've read the story and I've watched some cartoon versions of if on tv, but had never seen the real, live ballet before. It was fun! I loved all the dancing and costumes. Sometimes it was hard to know what was going on and it got a little long in some places, but was really good and fun! Thank you for taking us to see it, Mommy! I love you!

My Performance!

I got to be in a Christmas concert this season and it was really neat and fun! Our neighbor, Zachary, is in a band called Keltic Knot and he needed a kid to record a video message for him to use in his concert. He asked if I would do it and I was a little scared at first, but said yes and was glad I did! I read a letter to humanity and he recorded me and then showed the recording at the concert. The concert was fun and it had a lot of pretty music in it. You can watch my video here!

Snowman Craft!

I love making crafts and sometimes Mommy lets me look at Pinterest to find different crafts I can make. I found this cool snowman craft and made it for Molly. Isn't it cute?!

My Sunday School Verse And Prayer

We've been talking about Christmas in Sunday school and how it's Jesus' birthday. I wrote out one of the Christmas verses and a prayer, too. I also made baby Jesus in the manger. It was a fun activity to do in Sunday school! You can watch me read my verse and prayer here!

I'm An Elf!

We had a spirit day at school a few weeks ago and we got to dress like an elf, Santa Claus, or just dress like Christmas somehow. I wore my super fun elf sweater and dressed like an elf! I even pretended to be an elf on the shelf that morning before school! 

Fillings Are Fun!!

I went to the dentist in October for a checkup and found out that I had two cavities! I wasn't really looking forward to having them filled, but the whole process ended up being really, really fun, and I want to go back again! I laid in this chair and got to breath some yummy smelling orange air the whole time the dentist was working on my teeth. I didn't feel a thing and I LOVED the orange air! I didn't want it to be over when he was done working on me! The only bad thing about the process was that he numbed my mouth and that felt really weird when it stopped being numb! 

The Symphony!

We went to the symphony last Saturday! It was fun, but I probably wouldn't want to go all the time! We got to listen to lots of pretty Christmas music and they even played some music from Frozen, too. It was neat seeing all the different kinds of instruments. I really liked the harp and would like to learn to play it some day. Gumma went with us and we all had a fun time together. At the end everyone got to sing along with the songs they played. I really liked that part and you can watch us sing here!

Thankful Turkey

I made a thankful turkey at school listing all the things I'm thankful for! In case you can't read them, I'm thankful for Thanksgiving, Gumma & Poppy, my mood ring, the U.S.A, my family, and Santa Claus!
