Ninja Gym Birthday Party!

Last month I went to a birthday party for my friend, Kendyl, and it was at a ninja gym! It was a lot of fun because I got to do some things like on American Ninja Warrior. We really like watching that show, so it was fun to do some obstacles that they do! You can watch me here!

Responsibility MVP

I was voted the Mann MVP for my class for the month of October and the word Responsible!

Each month we have a character word that we learn about and our teachers picks one boy and one girl out of the class who demonstrated that word the best. Whoever she picks is the MVP for that month and gets an award certificate! Mrs. Hemphill picked me for October because she felt that I demonstrated the word "responsible" the best. At our school assembly I got to go up on stage and say my name and class into the microphone! That was so cool! You can watch me explain my award here!

I actually got the MVP award last year in kindergarten for the word "Kind." And Mommy realized that on the day I got my MVP award last year I had the same shirt on as the day I got my award this year! How cool is that?! 

Sight Words!

I have now learned all 300 of my sight words! I started in kindergarten and finished the words this year in first grade. My teacher was so proud of me and gave me a certificate for this! Woohoo for me!

No School!

I didn't have to go to school last Monday and Tuesday because my school was closed for teacher meetings and it was great! Sunday night Molly and I spent the night with Gumma and Poppy and then on Tuesday Molly had to go to school so I got to hang out with Mommy! It was a lot of fun! We dropped Molly off at Pre-K then we went to Chick-fil-A for craft time! It was so much fun. I hadn't been there since the summer, so I loved going back! After that we went shopping for some pretty Christmas outfits then Mommy took me to the Art Museum! I asked if we could go and she said sure. I really like walking around and looking at things there! Then she got me some broccoli cheese soup from Panera for lunch. I love that soup! Tuesday is Molly's chapel day at school, so we went to chapel with Molly! It was a lot of fun. After school we went to the mall and walked around a bit and looked at toys. It was a really fun day off school! 

First Grade Singing And Games Night

A few weeks ago my music teacher had a singing and games night for the whole first grade. It was a lot of fun! We got to go at night and sing all the songs that we sing in music class. It was fun to show Mommy, Daddy, and Molly what all we do. One of the fun things was the First Grade Reel, which was really square dancing! I got to be Daddy's partner and we had a blast! Red Ribbon Week

A few weeks ago we had Red Ribbon Week at school. It was a week to talk about drugs and that they're bad and we shouldn't do drugs. We got to dress up each day this week and that was super fun! Monday we got to wear mustaches and Tuesday was mismatch day. One day was sports day, wear red day, and jammies day! It was fun dressing up and I learned that drugs are bad!

Halloween!

I had a fun Halloween and did a bunch of things for it. We got to dress up and trick or treat at Daddy's work. My school had a fun costume dance party and trunk or treat. We went to a friend's Halloween party and then our church had a Harvest party and I got to ride a pony! I did a Halloween dance at dance class and you can watch it here! We went to another church on Wednesday and trick or treated in their gym and then on Halloween we went trick or treating in our neighborhood! We have TONS of candy! At school I wrote a Halloween story and you can watch me read it here! And on Halloween night we got to eat mummy dogs for dinner! I had a super fun time!
