New Bed!

I got a new bed! The bed I had before was an old one from Mommy and it worked, but I've really wanted a new one so Mommy and Daddy said it was okay to get a new one. The one I had before had a headboard thing where I could put books which was nice, but I couldn't lean against it and be comfortable. I really wanted a bed that had a fabric covered headboard. We looked at a lot of stores and couldn't find one, so I looked online and found one I liked. Mommy and Daddy liked it so we ordered it and Daddy put it together last week. I love my new bed! I love leaning against it when I read because it's so comfy! Now we're going to look for a new bedside tables and dresser for me, too! My bed is cool because it has drawers underneath the mattress that I can store stuff in! 

Another Lost Tooth!

I lost another tooth this week! It was kind of crazy how it came out, too. It's a tooth on the top right next to my permanent middle tooth. It had been hurting all day on Monday and when we were at home that afternoon before taking Molly to gymnastics it started bleeding! That scared me and it hurt and Mommy said we just had to pull it out. So she just barely touched the tooth and it fell out in my mouth! It kind of almost gagged me, but I was able to get it out okay! It kind of bled for a while but then stopped and it felt better. It's a really tiny tooth! I put it in my tooth fairy pillow that night and she brought me two $1 and some juicy fruit gum! I'd never had juicy fruit gum before so that was cool! I can't believe I've already lost 7 teeth! 

One Last Swim!

On Labor Day we went to Gumma and Poppy's house to have one last swim in their pool before Poppy closed it for the winter. It was a good day to swim and fun swimming with Poppy! I love to swim and can't wait for next summer! 

Knitted Dishcloth!

I knitted a dishcloth all by myself last week! It's a red dishcloth and I gave it to Gumma because I know she likes dishcloths like this. Mommy helped me to get it started and finished, but I did all of the in between by myself! Mommy said I did a really, really good job on it! I want to make some more now! 

School Happy Meal Party!

We had a McTeacher night last week at McDonald's where our school teachers were there selling cookies and the PTA got some money for all the food that was sold that night. And the grade who had the most number of students attend got a free happy meal later that week. Well the third grade won, so I got a free happy meal for lunch that Friday! It was fun to get a happy meal! And guess what?! My grade has won the happy meal party for 3 years in a row! We won in kindergarten, first grade, and now third grade. We weren't able to have McTeacher night last year because of covid, so that doesn't count! I think it would be really cool if our class wins when we are in 4th and 5th grade! 

WINGS School!

On Mondays I get to go to a different school for the day called WINGS! It's a school for gifted students and last year I had to take a test and tested high enough to go to WINGS! I go on Mondays and then the rest of the week go to school at Horace Mann. WINGS is right on the way to Daddy's work, so he takes me to school on Mondays now. That will be fun to ride in his car with him! 

We will have different units that we do and the first unit I chose to do is about ancient Egypt. I think that will be really cool to learn about! I had a good first day and can't wait to go back! 

Flossing Scarecrow!

We were at Gumma and Poppy's last Monday and Gumma had some of her fall decorations out. She had this big scarecrow out and Molly and I started playing with it. I even made it do the floss dance! It's so funny and you can watch here! 

New Boots!

We went shopping on Sunday and Mommy and Daddy let me get new boots! I love them! They are leopard print and today was a little cooler outside and I didn't have PE, so Mommy said I could wear them. I wore them with my short overalls and my leopard print shirt. I think I look so good! What do you think?! I really love my new boots! 

Brain Games!

I made a Brain Games book and I think it's great! It's a book of different brain games that you can play. I'm going to keep adding to it, but one of the games I really like is fun. It's a game where you look at two pictures and then put them together to try and figure out a word. Like the first card is a picture of a football and then a fan. Well if you put them together they make a football fan! Mommy really liked playing my brain games and I'm excited to add more to it! 

Paint Samples Book

Each time we go to Lowes or Home Depot Mommy and Daddy let us get some paint samples. We've been getting some to figure out what to paint mine and Molly's bathroom. Mommy and Daddy said we could paint it so we're excited to pick a color. I got a whole bunch of paint samples and made a book out of it for Mommy so she could easily look at all of our choices. I think my book turned out pretty good!
