I had a really fun Christmas! We did a lot of fun things the whole time of Christmas and on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, too! I got an orange leaf gift card, a robe, some jammies, some headphones that I'd really wanted and a lot of other good things, too! It was really fun! I love Christmas and am always sad when it's over.
We went ice skating one day last week! I've wanted to go ice skating for a long time and we finally went one day when Daddy was off work for Christmas break. It was fun, but kind of didn't start out that way! The ice skates were kind of uncomfortable and it was really hard to get going! I wanted to stop, but Mommy and Daddy had me keep going and I'm glad I did! We went around a lot of times and I stopped holding onto the wall, too. I think I'd like to go again sometime. In class we read the book "Bridge to Terebithia" as a class and when we finished it we all broke up into groups and made a bridge! I was in a group with my BFFs, Maleah and Olivia, and we made a really cool bridge! It was fun working on it and I love how it turned out.
We had our class Christmas party on the last day of school before Christmas break and it was fun. We didn't really do a whole lot but had lots of sugary foods to eat and played the reindeer antler toss game. Other than that we just got to hang out with our friends, which we all love to do! We also took a fun group picture and a picture of all the girls in our class. I love my class!
Our neighbors put out a box where we can put letters to Santa in it and they make sure to get the letter to the North Pole for us. I got my letter back from Santa and it was really cool! He even talked about our elves, Sweetie Pie and Star in my letter!
I was the December MVP for my class! The word we were talking about in December was integrity so that means my teacher thought I showed the most integrity. I got a certificate at the Mann Huddle we had on the last day of school and I got to say my name and teacher's name in front of the whole school. You can watch it here! I have a video of it because Mommy was there that morning helping with PTA stuff. Oh and it was also a Spirit Day and it was Ugly Christmas Sweater day, so that's why I have the Christmas vest on1
We went to Gardens A Glow two weekends ago with our friends, Amelie and Maren. We've gone to the Gardens A Glow for the last 3 years and it's so much fun! It's all decorated so pretty with lots of lights and I love taking pictures there. It was so much fun!
