We had a family fun night for our school before school got out for summer and I sang karaoke at it! It was fun, but I was a little nervous about it. Me and my friend, Myah, sang Party In The U.S.A. and I think we did a really good job! You can watch here! I can't wait for another time that we have a karaoke night so I can sing again!
Last Wednesday was my last day of third grade! I can't believe I already finished third grade and now I'm going to be in fourth grade! I think my third grade year went by so fast! I did really good in school. I read a lot and learned a lot of math. I really like my teacher, Mr. Lyons, and I really like all the friends in my class! I wish we could all be together again next year. But now I'm really excited for summer!
We had field day the week that school got out and it was really fun! It looked like it was going to rain, but it didn't and it wasn't really cold either. We played some fun water games, tug of war, played in the bounce houses, and even got Andy's custard and snow cones! It was a really fun day! Mommy did a really cool braid with my hair one day last week. It's called a four strand braid and I guess you use four strands of hair instead of three strands of hair to braid it. She said she ran out of hair at the end, so that's why it gets kind of skinny. I think it's a really cool braid!
I have really good friends this year! One of them, Maleah, made this picture of me and wrote down nice things about me. This made me feel really good!
My class got to have a pizza party at school one day last week! It was to celebrate being done with the MAP testing that we had to do. It was fun because we got to eat lunch outside and have pizza, chips, cookies, and lemonade. Mommy was even there helping to serve all the pizza. We also got to play outside longer than normal after lunch. It was hot, but a fun day!
One day at school I traced my hand and then colored it in. I think I did a really good job! What do you think? I was even able to find a colored pencil that matched my fingernail polish!
At school a lot of the boys in my class like Pokeman. My teacher even likes Pokeman so we talk about it some. We did a project where we had to say write about what the best Pokeman character was and then my teacher look a picture of us and put a Pokeman in the picture. It was a fun project to work on!
I love to do gymnastics, any kind of gymnastics, I love to do it! Cartwheels, round-offs, handstands, backbends, they're all fun! One day we went to a park and Mommy took pictures of me doing handstands on a really high hill. It was fun and I think the pictures are really cool!
I love fidgets and I got some really cool ones for my birthday. One kind that I got that I didn't have before is a ramen noodle fidget. It's really cool and fun to play with. My friend, Elliott, gave them to me and I think she gave me like four! They're just fun to play with and I thought it'd be fun to put it on my head and make it look like I have bangs!
My class got to go on a field trip to the Bass Pro aquarium and museum a few weeks ago and it was so much fun! Mommy went along as a chaperone, so I was in her group and she took a lot of pictures. It was fun being with one of my BFFs, Elliott. We had fun looking at all the fish and animals there. I really like going on field trips!
We did a fun project during counselor time where we talked about what we want to be when we grow up. I want to be an actor, so I made myself as an actor! I like how it turned out!
I got a sleeping bag for my birthday and I love it! I did have one, but it was like little kid size and I grew out of it! Gumma and Poppy got me an adult size sleeping bag that should last me a long time. It's pretty and warm and I love to hang out in it!
