Engraved Bracelet!

I got to engrave a bracelet with my name and a heart on it last week at the library! They have a place called the maker space and you can do things like that. Mommy let us try it out and I got a silicone bracelet that I put my name on. The librarian showed me how to put the information in the computer and then we pushed a button and the machine started engraving my bracelet! It was really neat! They have a 3-D printer and Mommy said we could go sometime next month to make something on that. I think that will be so cool!!

Sleepover!

I had a sleepover a few weeks ago with my friend Darby and Rowan and it was so much fun! Me and Darby started off by reading a book together. The book was called "Butts Are Everywhere" and we had so much fun reading it together! We had pizza for dinner and Rowan said a really nice prayer for us an then we went swimming! We watched some fun roller coaster videos on YouTube and then watched some Go Noodles and then watched Descendants. We stayed up really late, like 2am! We were tired the next morning, but it was super fun! I love my friends! 

Reading To A DOG!

We went to the library one day and got to read to a dog! They had a program where they had service dogs there and you could go read to one and pet it, too. I really liked doing this but I did feel a little funny reading to a dog! The dog I read to was named Finn. He was really soft but he was big and didn't like to sit still very much. We're going to go back again and I hope I can get a more calm dog! 

Staples!

Mommy took me and Molly to Staples one day and I loved it! Looking around an office supply store is just the best thing! They have so many neat, neat things and I wish I could buy everything! I did buy a really cool folder and also a teal sharpie marker that I had but it had run out so I replaced it. I even bought it with my own money. I love Staples! 

Making A Bracelet!

I got to engrave a bracelet last week! It was really cool. We did it at the library and it was for free. They have a thing called a maker space where you can go and make lots of different things. This time they let you engrave a bracelet with whatever you wanted on it. I just typed my name on the computer and then it sent the information to the machine and the machine engraved it on the bracelet for me. I just put my name and a heart on it. I really like it! 

Making Food!

I helped make food one day and it was a lot of fun! The first think we made was pudding. It was Oreo flavored pudding and I loved it. It was really easy to make. I just had to stir it together with milk and then Mommy let me put it in these really cool containers she had. She said Gumma always made Jello and pudding for them when she was little and used these cool containers. 

The next thing I made was scrambled eggs! I wanted scrambled eggs for dinner and Daddy said I could have them if I made them. So I did! I'd never made scrambled eggs before but it was pretty easy. I think I could totally make them again on my own. Cooking is kind of fun!

My Expander

I got an expander put in my mouth last week. It's been really hard to get used to! It goes on the roof of my mouth and has a ring around one of my back teeth on each side. That ring also has a bracket attached to it. It's been hard getting used to and even makes my talking sound a little funny. Food gets stuck in it and I don't like that at all! My mouth has been a little sore, too. I think I'll have to have it in for like a year or so and then around the end of the summer I have to get braces put on my four front teeth. 

My Bible!

 I've had my bible for almost three year. I got it in June 2019 after I got saved. Mommy bought it for me and I've really liked reading it now after church camp. She let me take it to a place and get my name engraved on it. I think it's really cool! It's an adventure Bible for kids and lots of other kids at church camp had a Bible like it, too! 

Church Camp Mail!

I got a bunch of mail when I went to church camp! I didn't know it, but the camp counselors had told all our parents that they could send us mail at camp! I guess Mommy gave all the mail to the people when we checked in at church camp and then each night at dinner we had a mail call time where we got mail! I got so much mail! Each day there was like four or five letters in a big envelope for me! And one day if we had more than just one card with our mail we had to sing "I'm a little teapot" so I had to do that! It was kind of embarrassing, but kind of fun! The picture below is from me singing and the other picture is one that Mommy took with all the mail I got! I had cards from Mommy, Daddy, Molly, Gramma and Grampa, Gumma and Poppy, Aunt Stephanie and all of them, Gigi, and even Aunt Linda! It was really cool getting all that mail! 

Church Camp!!

I went to church camp last week and it was so much fun! I can't wait to go back next year even! It was from Wednesday afternoon to Saturday afternoon and I went with three of my friends. I had never been to anything like this before and was a little scared about it, but I'm so glad I went! I had lots of fun with my friends and even met new friends. We got to do a lot of swimming and did archery and played some fun games. We played 9 square and had an obstacle course like thing. We had bunk time each day where we hung out in our bunk and kind of relaxed. That was a lot of fun. I also really liked when we had the Bible lessons and learned about Jesus. The theme for the week was "Eyes On Jesus" and was from Hebrews 12:2. I'm so glad I went and can't wait to go back next year!
