Cannonball!

I learned how to swim under water and it's so much fun! I've been kind of scared to do it, but we were at the pool a lot last week and I finally decided it was time to try. I'm so glad I did because it's so uch fun! I spent my whole time swimming just going up and down and I loved it! I also learned how to jump in from the side of the pool and do a cannonball! That it awesome! I love swimming and I love summer! You can watch me swim under water here and watch my cannonball here!

Slip N Slide!

So this summer I discovered a really fun thing called a slip in slide! I first played on one at my friend, Darby's, house and I talked about it so much that Daddy bought one for our house! It's so much fun! You just set it up on the grass, put the water hose on it, and run and slide down it. I had a blast playing on it and Daddy even played on it, too! Branson Vacation Water Park!

We went to Branson a few weeks ago for a vacation and it was a lot of fun! The place we stayed at had a really cool pool and water park! We got to swim Wednesday night and Thursday morning and afternoon. The water was kind of cold at night but felt good in the morning. The water park was super fun! There were lots of little fountains shooting up that I LOVED to run through! You can watch me play in them here! There was even a water slid that Daddy went down! It was really cool to watch him go down the slide and you can watch him here!!

Glasses!

I have glasses now! I told Mommy that things get blurry sometimes, so she took me for an eye checkup. The eye doctor said I could use a pair of prescription glasses so we got some! The place we got them at had a special for kids where you buy one, get one pair, get one free, so I ended up with 2 paris of glasses! I love my glasses! One is kind of a purple glittery color and the other is all purple. I really like to wear my glasses and also like to switch off between each pair!

Feeding Animals!

One day last week we went to the WOW Aquarium and had a really neat time because we got to feed some of the animals! Our new neighbor, Olivia, works there and takes care of the animals, so she told us to let her know when we were going and she could do some neat things for us. We got to watch her feed the sloth and then she let us go back behind everything and feed the otters and beavers! It was really fun to do!

My First Job!

I had my very own job to do last week! It was watering a little section of our new neighbor's yard. Our new neighbors are Michael and Olivia and they are super nice. They're trying to get grass to grow in their yard and were out of town a few days last week. They asked me and Molly if we could water the yard while they were gone and they said they'd even pay us! We said yes and they paid us $5 each for our work! My job was pretty easy. I just had to turn on the water and run the water hose over the certain section of grass for a little bit. It was fun working and I hope I get a chance to work again because I like getting paid!

Binder Of Fun!

I got a new binder with some of my birthday money and I love it! Last week I turned it into a Binder Of Fun! I drew a whole bunch of coloring pages and put it in my binder. Mommy made a video of me showing off all the coloring pages and you can watch me explain it here! I love my binder!

Citizenship Award!

I earned the Citizenship Award from my teacher this year in school! Mommy was super proud of me and said it was a really big deal. I could tell how proud she was of me and that made me really proud, too! My teacher told our class about it one morning on our conference call You can watch where she told us about the award here! She said its given to someone who is kind, courteous, responsible, respectful, well-mannered, and just an overall good person. Again, Mommy is soooooooooo proud of me for being awarded this honor! :)
