My First Dance Recital!

I had my very first ballet dance recital before Christmas and I did a really good job! I danced to Frosty The Snowman and had a fun time doing it! Mommy, Daddy, and Poppy came to see me perform and they all said I did a fantastic job! It was a lot of fun dressing up in my pretty blue tutu skirt. You can watch my video here. Enjoy!

My Dance Progress Report

I've been taking a dance class this fall and it's been really fun! I've done ballet dancing and tumbling and have really learned a lot! I even got a progress report telling Mommy and Daddy how good I've been doing. They said that according to the report, I've done really well! I have a dance performance tonight where I get to dance to Frosty The Snowman. I'm really excited for it!

Cinnamon And Sugar

One night at dinner I got to have a piece of cinnamon and sugar toast. Mommy and Daddy let me fix it myself and I put a lot of cinnamon and sugar on it. It was sooo good!

Santa Claus!

I got to see Santa Claus a few weeks ago! We went to Bass Pro Shops and had to wait a while to see him, but I had a fun time while waiting. I got to walk around and look at all the animals and I got to ride a carousel and even color!

I got a little scared when walking up to Santa, but then realized that he's a really nice man. Molly was a little scared of him and started crying, but I didn't! I even got to tell him that I wanted a Barbie house for Christmas. It was such a fun time!

Setting The Table

I got to stay at Gumma and Poppy's house a few weekends ago and when I was there I got to help Gumma set the table. She had me set out her placemats and it was a fun job! One night at home I decided we needed placemates at our places, so I set out placemats for us. Mommy said I did a really good job!

My Funny Eyes!

I was making my eye do funny, funny things the other day! It was really funny to do and Mommy, Daddy, and Molly really liked watching me do it, too!

Fixing Hair

I love to play with my barbie dolls and fix their hair! I have some really neat barrettes that work great in their hair, too. Mommy is silly and likes to take pictures of me playing with them. I don't know why. So, since she took the them, here's some pictures of my barbie's hair with barrettes.

Gymnastics!

Mommy took Molly and I to gymnastics last week and it was a lot of fun! I love running around and playing on everything and jumping on the trampoline! I also had a really fun time running on the trampoline and jumping into the foam block pit. I had never done that before and Mommy was so proud of me for how I did it without any fear at all. I love playing at gymnastics!

My Christmas Tree!

I have my very own Christmas tree and it's so pretty! (Well, Mommy and Daddy say I have to share it with Molly, but I like to think of it as my very own.) I got to decorate it with pretty cupcake and purple ornaments one night after my bath. It was so much fun decorating it! I love my tree and decided to name her Zarena. I also thought I should sing "Happy Birthday" to her, so I did!

And Mommy found some other really pretty purple ornaments that Gramma gave her when she and Daddy got engaged and let me put them on my tree. And get this...Mommy said my tree was actually Daddy's tree when he lived alone before marrying Mommy. Gramma wanted him to have a Christmas tree so she got him this little tree. Little did she know it would be my tree someday! I love my tree!

Pooping In The Potty!

I can poop in the potty now and it's a lot of fun! I've been peeing in the potty since April, but have always put on a diaper to poop. Well, now I decided it's more fun and easier to poop in the potty, so I poop in the potty! Mommy and Daddy have been telling me for a really long time that if I poop in the potty they will take me shopping and I can get whatever I want. I had so much fun shopping for my poop prize! I got a Rapunzel doll that came with two outfits to dress her in and a Rapunzel castle to play with. I also got a pretty Cinderella necklace and earrings to wear. I love my new toys and I also love pooping in the potty!

I got to eat a donut for a special snack after pooping!

My Snowmen Music!

Last year when we went to Gramma and Grampa's house for Christmas I got to play with their snowmen music. You can read about it here. I'm really excited that this year I have my very own snowmen music to have at my house! Mommy got our Christmas decorations out last weekend and she got this snowmen music tree out, too. We had both forgotten about it and were really excited to play it! Gramma and Grampa gave it to me last year because they knew how much I liked their snowmen music. It's so much fun to see the snowmen light up and play different songs. I love it! Thank you, Gramma and Grampa!

 

A REALLY Big Problem!

I recently had a REALLY BIG PROBLEM! I was playing with one of my Barbie dolls and she came apart! I don't know how, but her body got pulled off of her legs. I was so surprised when this happened and didn't know what to do. I yelled at Mommy to come help me and said, "Mommy, I have a really big problem!" She came over to see what my problem was and thankfully she helped put my Barbie back together again. I don't know what I'd do without Mommy. Thanks for helping me, Mommy! I sure do love you!

My Slide!

I went down my slide last weekend for the very first time! I've been kind of scared to go down before, but this time I wasn't! I had my CareBear with me and Daddy held my hand, so that kind of helped. I love my slide! It's so much fun and I can't wait to go again!

Twizzler Spiders

Last week at preschool we learned about creepy-crawly things, like spiders. We made spiders out of candy at preschool and I wanted to make spiders at home, too. I used Twizzlers and Nilla Wafers and I think my spiders turned out great!

Being A Good Doctor

I like to play doctor, just like Doc McStuffins. I've learned by watching her, and by watching Dr. Anna from Daniel Tiger, that sometimes people need bandaids when they're hurt. I'm so glad that Mommy and Daddy got me some bandaids so I could use them on my toys when they came for a check up last week. I fixed all their boo-boos with my bandaids. I'm such a good doctor!

Halloween!

Halloween was on Monday and I had a lot of fun dressing up in my mermaid costume! I got to wear it a few times, too, before trick-or-treating on Halloween. I got to wear it to a harvest party at our church where I got to play games and ride a pony! It was a lot of fun! Then I got to wear my costume to the gym on Halloween day and we went to a fun Halloween story time at the library. After the story, we got to trick-or-treat around the library. It was a fun time!

On Halloween night I got to trick-or-treat in our neighborhood and Gumma and Poppy came with us! I like going trick-or-treating with them! I got lots of candy in my bucket and I like to eat it whenever I can. I like suckers the best, though! It was a really fun Halloween dressed up as a mermaid! Thanks for my costume, Mommy! I love you!
