I'm Four Today!

I'm four years old today! I can't believe I'm four. Time has gone by so fast! Today I got to have breakfast in bed, like always on my birthday, and then I went to Silver Dollar City with Mommy, Daddy, and Molly. It was kind of rainy, but we had fun. Since it was my birthday I got to wear a special button on my shirt saying that it was my birthday and I got some free stuff at some of the shops! I got some peanut brittle and popcorn. I liked the popcorn. When we got home we were all really tired, so we rested by watching Toy Story 3! Now we're waiting to go out to dinner with Gumma and Poppy at Applebee's. Mommy said that when we get home I'll get to open my presents and then tomorrow I'll have a birthday party with the rest of my family and open more presents! So far it's been a pretty fun day and I really like being 4!

Mommy took me to have my pictures taken for my birthday a few weeks ago. Don't I look so cute!?

My Itty Bitty City Birthday Party!

I got to take a couple of my friends and play at Itty Bitty City for my birthday party and it was a lot of fun! First we ate lunch at Chick Fil A with Rowan and her Mommy, and then we went to Itty Bitty City together and met my friend, Jessica, and her mommy there. I had so much fun! We played in the house, in the cafe, we painted and made a craft, and played with everything else there. It was such a fun way to celebrate my fourth birthday!

Roller Skating!

I got to go roller skating for the very first time last week and it was a lot of fun! My preschool had a skating party at a skating rink and Mommy, Me, Molly, and Gumma went to it. Daddy came a little later when he got done with school. Mommy skated with me and so did Gumma. It was fun, but kind of scary at first. I had a really neat thing to hold on to while skating that really helped me, too. You can watch me skating here!

The Teeter Totter

We went to the park last weekend and had fun playing on the teeter totter! We had never played on it before and it was a lot of fun! I got to sit on one end and Molly on the other and we took turns going up and down. Daddy had to help Molly a little because she wasn't quite big enough to do it by herself. I had a really fun time! Of course, Mommy took pictures of us and a video. You can watch the video here!

Coloring

I really like to color! This is a picture of Chase from Paw Patrol that I colored and Mommy said I should post it on my blog because I did a really good job of coloring inside the lines. Now that I look at it again, she is right. I did a great job staying inside of the lines when coloring it. Doesn't Chase look really good?!

Making Dinner

I got to help Mommy make dinner this week and it was a lot of fun! I started, of course, by putting on my chef hat and apron. Mommy said I looked so cute and I have to agree! We were having what Mommy called "taco quesadillas," so I helped Mommy shred the cheese and mix the taco flavoring into the hamburger. I really like helping to make dinner. I hope I can do it more often!

Gardening!

I got to make my very own flower garden! And I even got a really neat pair of pink gardening gloves, a shovel, and rake, all for me to use when I garden! I had so much fun! Mommy helped me get the pots ready and I put new soil in them and we poured in some flower seeds and then I covered the seeds up with more soil. It was fun to do that. After we were done, we took the flower pots to our deck and I watered them with special water that Mommy said had food in it for the flower seeds. I really like gardening! Mommy said that the next time we garden I can plant some vegetables!

My Salon!

Mommy and I played nail salon last week and it was a lot of fun! First I painted her fingernails, all in rainbow colors with each nail being a different color, and then she did the same to mine. It was a lot of fun! I like playing nail salon with Mommy. She said that one day she will take me to a real salon so I can have my fingernails and toenails professionally painted. I don't really know what that means, but I bet it will be lots of fun!
