I'm 3 1/2!

I had my half-year birthday last Friday so now I'm 3 1/2 years old! Well, actually I'm 8, but Mommy and Daddy keep telling me I'm 3 1/2. What do they know?!

Mommy and Daddy gave me a really neat present for my half-year birthday. It's a Hungry, Hungry Dinosaur game! (Actually Mommy and Daddy say it's a Hungry, Hungry Hippo game, but again, what do they know?!) It's a really fun game to play! I like to feed the marbles to the dinosaurs. I had a fun day of going to the gym and then playing with Gumma in the afternoon because Mommy got her hair cut. It was a lot of fun playing with her!

I got to have a cupcake and Molly and Mommy sang "happy half-year birthday" to me and then I got to eat at Pizza Planet with Mommy, Daddy, and Molly. It was a really fun half-year birthday! Thanks for making it so much fun Mommy and Daddy! I love you!

 

Dance Class!

I've been taking dance classes for almost four months now and I really like it! I get to do 30 minutes of ballet class and 30 minutes of tumbling. It's a lot of fun! I really like my teacher, Miss Kristen. Mommy says she's a really good teacher because she teaches us all the fundamentals of ballet. We learn a new move each week and at the end of class all the grown-ups get to come in and watch us demonstrate our new move. Mommy likes to film me doing my new move each week. This past week we learned pirouette. It was a fun move to do! Thanks for letting me go to dance class Mommy and Daddy! I love it and I love you!

My Play Date!

I got to have a play date with my friend, Rowan, a few weeks ago. It was a lot of fun! Rowan went to dance class with me and then come over and play for a little while. We had the best time! It was really neat because she got to sit next to me in the car on the way home! When we got home I got to show her all my toys! We played dress up. We played with all my jewelry. We played with the toys in my room. And we got to have a snack together at my table. It was a lot of fun and I hope Rowan can come back and play with me again really soon!

Gramma And Grampa's House!

I got to go to Gramma and Grampa Wiseman's house last weekend and that meant I got to sleep in my Frozen bed and sit in my Frozen chair! You can read about it here. I was so excited to see them and to play with my Frozen things! And Gramma even got me a Frozen tent to play in at her house. It's so much fun! I like to see Gramma and Grampa when I'm there, too, I don't just like all the Frozen things they have.

We had a fun weekend. Not only did we get to play at their house, but we got to go to a pumpkin patch and a cider mill! At the pumpkin patch I saw a bunch of pumpkins, went down a big slide, and even got to go through a corn maze with Gramma and Grampa! At the cider mill I got to eat a yummy, yummy, yummy apple donut. Daddy used to eat them when he was little and he said I'd really like it. He was right!

That night we went to a party and Gramma and Grampa's neighbor's house and I got to play in a bounce house. I really, really liked that! Molly and I were the only kids playing in it, too, so it was nice that I didn't have to worry about jumping into a lot of people.

We had a really fun weekend at Gramma and Grampa's house! I love them!

Shopping And Checking Out

I have a lot of fun playing with all my toys and I just discovered a new way to play with them. I think it's a lot of fun to load up my shopping cart with things and then check them out using my cash register. It's a lot of fun!

Lacing My Shoes!

I got some new shoes and have had a fun time playing with them and lacing the shoestrings. When Mommy say what I was doing she laughed at me. Mommy sure is silly. I don't know why she laughed at me. I mean, anyone who wears tennis shoes with shoe laces knows that you have to lace the shoestrings through the holes to be able to wear them. Silly Mommy!

Ice Cream!

I love to eat ice cream! I get to have some maybe once or twice a week. I'm so very excited when I get to have it. Daddy always gets it ready for me. I have a scoop of vanilla ice cream with chocolate sauce on it. It is so yummy!

I like that I can have it, but Daddy really needs to learn to give me ice cream the right way, like how Gumma gives me ice cream. When I eat at Gumma's house, I always get ice cream after my meals, and sometimes Gumma even lets me eat ice cream as my meal! I told Daddy that he needs to learn to give me more ice cream like Gumma does! I sure do love my ice cream!

Giant Bubbles!

Gramma and Grampa got me a really big bubble wand. It's so cool how it makes super big bubbles! One night we went to a neighbor's house to play with the big bubble wand. Our neighbor, Spencer, has two big bubbles wands and we had a fun time playing together. It was really, really neat! Thanks for the big bubbles Gramma and Grampa! I love you!

Working With Tools

This past summer Gramma and Grampa bought us a new swing set and Grampa and Daddy put it together. I got to help work on it, too! It was really fun. I got to use a screwdriver and help put screws in to hold everything in place. They said I was such a good helper. I think they were right, too!
