This Is How I Popsicle

We sing a really fun song at school called, "This Is How I Popsicle." I love to sing it and Mommy filmed me singing it the other day. You can watch me sing it here!

Pool Fun!

One night we went night swimming and that was a lot of fun! Gramma and Grampa were here that night and Grampa swam with us, so that made it even more fun! I really liked playing in my double floatie and spinning around. You can watch me play here and here!

My Library Card

I now have my very own library card! It's pretty neat to have my own card! I love going to the library and had a really fun time one of the last times we went. I got a free cookie from the card I got for completing the summer reading program. I got my new library card. I picked out some fun new books to read. I got to play some fun games there. It was a really fun morning at the library! Thanks for taking me, Mommy! I love you!

I Can Sing In Spanish!

This summer we've had music class at church before Sunday school and it's been a lot of fun! I love to sing and I've been learning new songs, so that makes it super fun! We've even been learning songs in Spanish, which is really cool! We've learned a song about Noah and the Ark and Jesus Loves Me in Spanish. You can watch me sing the Ark song here!

Snickers!

We went to Omaha last month and had dinner with Aunt Linda and Uncle Dale. When we were there we got to meet Aunt Linda's friend, Snickers. Snickers was some kind of animal and Aunt Linda held him when she talked to him. He was really neat!

I Have Headphones!

I had to get a pair of headphones to take to kindergarten and I got a really neat pair! They are pink with fox ears on them. I love wearing them and think they are so neat and pretty! It will be so much fun to wear them at school when I get to work on the computer!

I'm In Kindergarten Now!

I'm in kindergarten now at Horace Mann Elementary School! I think kindergarten is going to be pretty cool, especially since I'll get to work on a computer! My teacher's name is Mrs. Williams and two of my friends, Kendyl and Darby, are in my class, too! This week I went to Meet the Teacher night on Monday and my teacher gave me a little box of Starburst candies! I love Starbursts! It was fun meeting my teacher and putting away all of my school supplies.

Today on the first day of school Mommy, Molly, and even Daddy walked me into school. It was really neat that they did that. I went right into my classroom and sat down and had fun taking pictures with Mommy and Daddy before they left. I think I'm going to have a lot of fun this year in school!

Molly was kind of sad this morning that I wouldn't be home with her, so I was trying to give her a hug and help her feel better.

Gym Daycare

Ever since I was 8 months old I've been going to the gym with Mommy every MWF. I got to the daycare while she teaches her class. It's been fun to go and I've met some fun friends there. I won't be going anymore, though, because I will be in Kindergarten while Mommy is at the gym! Well, I guess I will still have to go when I don't have school and in the summer, but for now I won't have to go for a long time! One day we took some pictures of me at the gym so I'd always remember it!

My New Playground And Teacher

I'm going to Kindergarten! I'm really excited to go and I even know who my teacher is and the names of everyone in my class! My teacher's name is Mrs. Williams and my friend, Darby, from the gym and friend, Kendyl, who was in my pre-K class last year are in my Kindergarten class! I'm so excited! It was really fun to finally know who my teacher is and after finding that out, we got to play on my new school playground. It was such a fun night! I can't wait for Kindergarten!

Mommy is really excited for my teacher, Mrs. Williams, because she had heard from lots of people that she's a really great teacher! Woohoo for Mrs. Williams!

Just Playing

I have lots and lots of toys and I love to play with all of them together. One day I had all of my LOL dolls sit on my Barbie house furniture. Mommy thought this was funny, so took a picture of it. She's kind of funny like that!

I Got To Paint Pottery!

A few weeks ago, Mommy took us to a place called Firehouse Pottery and I got to paint a piece of pottery! It was a lot of fun! She said we got to do this because we had a special coupon for it from completing the library's summer reading program. I had never done this before and Mommy said she used to do this all the time. There were all sorts of different kinds of pieces of pottery to paint and I picked a Christmas tree ornament for my piece. I got to pick out the colors I wanted to use and started painting. It was pretty neat and fun to do and I can't wait to go back again and paint!
