I got to ring the bell for the Salvation Army red kettle last week! I've always thought it would be fun to do and I asked Mommy and Daddy if we could do it this year and they said yes. Mommy signed us up and on Tuesday, November 22 we rang the bell from 10am-12pm at the Walmart by our house. It was fun, but did get kind of boring. I rang it for the most time, but Molly did it for a little bit. We stood there for two hours and there were actually a bunch of people who put money in. I bet we got about $100 in the kettle during that time. Gumma and Poppy even came by to say hi to us and put some money in! I think I want to do it again next year.
